The annual Tulip Festival Road Race is a mainstay on the third weekend of May each year. The 2026 edition will feature a scenic Orange City route starting and ending downtown, with the last stretch along the Tulip-lined Central Avenue from Northwestern College, past the historic courthouse, and through the Dutch architecture and festival features, while finishing next to the Windmill in Windmill Park. In 2026, we will feature a 5k run/walk and a 1-mile fun walk.

All participants should be checked in and ready as events begin at 8:05am. Line up will be at 7:55am for National Anthem
