Parents: Miranda and Donald King

Hobbies & Interests: Some of my hobbies and interests include fishing, reading, watching movies, hanging out with family and friends, and being in nature. I am a member of 4-H and love to show dairy cows in the summer. I also enjoy being involved in my Youth Group.

School Activities: I’m involved in FFA, Concert Choir, and Cross Country. My freshman and sophomore year of high school I ran in track. I also was a soccer manager this past year.

Spare Time Activities: In my spare time I like to read, watch movies, and be with my family and friends. You can also see me working at Ace Hardware.

Education/Career Plans: I plan to go to Dordt University and major in agriculture. I’m not certain for my future career, but I would like to be a veterinarian technician.

Past Tulip Festival Participation: I have participated in Dutch Dance and Dutch Games since I was in second grade. I’ve also road floats and marched in the OCCS Tigers Marching Band. I have fun memories of scrubbing streets each year with members of my family.
