We're almost ready! /bigger>/color>/fontfamily>
As
you can image, there's lots of last-minute bustle here. I'm sure you would
recognize the kind of activity that's inevitable just before you throw a
great party. Of course, there are 1,000 of us preparing seating and carnival
rides, food and floats, art displays and theatre sets. The children are
rehearsing in the streets so music fills the air. Many of us have been
working all year to get ready for your arrival, doing everything we can to
assure a fantastic event! /bigger>/color>/fontfamily>
That's why the final ingredient, the one we can never control, is something
we watch with anticipation. Weather! /bigger>/color>/fontfamily>
So I
couldn't resist sharing yesterday's e-mail (below) from an area friend of
the Festival. He's a meteorologist, previously with the National Weather
Service, and his forecast is great weather: sunshine, breezes, low humidity!/bigger>/color>/fontfamily>
So
come join the fun! We've got more activities this year than ever before and
there's something for everyone from toddlers to teens to senior citizens.
Check the web for details octulipfestival.com and plan your weekend in the
sun here at the Orange City Tulip Festival... or come on Thursday before our
biggest crowds arrive! /bigger>/color>/fontfamily>
It's
promising to be our best Festival ever. /bigger>/color>/fontfamily>
