ROAD RACE INVITES PEOPLE TO CHEER RUNNERS ON COURSE
The annual Kiwanis Road Race, held in conjunction with the Tulip Festival, takes
hundreds of runners through the streets of Orange
City on a 5K and 10K course. Residents who live along the course --- as well as
other community members, friends, and relatives -- are invited and encouraged
to come out on Saturday morning, May 19, to cheer on the runners as they pass by
after the race starts at 8am. Also, motorists are reminded to watch out for
runners and give them a courteous right-of-way during the road race. For more
