"Windmills in the Village"
The 2007 Tulip Festival commemorative tile features an Orange City windmill in a sea of tulips. Created by artist Sheryl Vander Pol of Plymouth, Minnesota, the tile was unveiled and auctioned Tuesday night, April 17, at the Extravaganza. This second of Orange City Festival tiles features the Chamber Windmill. Reproductions of the original are 6 x 6 inches, and available at the Chamber Windmill for $30, according to committee members Carole Aykens, left, and Jan Wilbeck.
